What happens if I don't use all of my time?

We try to be as flexible as possible, therefore, we allow our clients to roll over their time for up to 1 month. We'll send you monthly reminders, and try to offer ideas on ways to use your time effectively. you can also pause your plan until your rolled-over time is used up. There aren't many VA agencies that will do that!


We email our clients on your monthly reset date with an up-to-date report, including information about how much rolled over time you have banked and when you need to use it by.
