What happens if my VA goes on holiday or is sick?

The benefit of using an agency like ours is that we can provide constant cover for you, so you never need to be without an assistant. If your VA is going to be off sick or on holiday, we usually ask them to let us know and to let you know how long they intend to be away, giving you the option to think about having a temporary VA in their absence. 

All you need to do is speak to your account manager or raise an enquiry ticket, and we'll set about matching you with a temporary VA. All handover usually takes place between the assistants, leaving you stress-free!
