How to I downgrade or upgrade my plan

If you want to upgrade your plan, we will always aim to do this on your monthly reset date however, if you run out of time on your current plan before your reset date, we can upgrade you early and simply charge you the difference. To do that we would normally ask you to pay a one-off invoice for the difference. We would then restart your new plan on your usual reset date and roll over any time not used for the additional time you paid for. 


If you want to downgrade your plan, let us know in advance and we can make the changes ready for your next month's payment. We cannot downgrade you earlier than the monthly reset date. 


To upgrade or downgrade your support plan, open the relevant ticket or speak to your account manager.
